Magic Touch Cleaning Pty Ltd is committed to processing and dispatching orders as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery, and related matters for products purchased through our online store.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched:
- On the same business day if received before our daily processing cut-off time; or
- On the next business day if received after the cut-off time or during busy periods.
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, processing times may be longer during:
- Public holidays;
- Peak trading periods;
- Promotional events;
- Seasonal demand increases; or
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All processing and dispatch timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

To provide reliable delivery services across Australia, Magic Touch Cleaning Pty Ltd uses a range of courier and freight providers.
Depending on the delivery location, parcel size, product type, and service availability, orders may be shipped using:
- Australia Post;
- National courier networks;
- Local courier services; or
- Other freight providers selected by us.
The shipping carrier used for an order is determined at our discretion.
3. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to locations within Australia.
If you require delivery outside Australia, please contact us before placing an order to determine whether international shipping options are available.

- Courier selected;

Estimated delivery times provided by couriers are indicative only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

If an order cannot be shipped due to regulatory or carrier restrictions, we will contact you to discuss available alternatives.
7. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, Magic Touch Cleaning Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier or freight providers;
- Weather events;
- Natural disasters;
- Transport disruptions;
- Industrial action;
- Incorrect delivery information supplied by customers; or
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are unable to guarantee delivery dates or times.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate and complete at the time of ordering.
If an incorrect address is supplied:
- Additional shipping fees may apply;
- Delivery delays may occur; and
- We may be unable to recover parcels delivered to the incorrect address.
Magic Touch Cleaning Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by customers.
9. Authority to Leave
Where permitted by the courier, parcels may be left in a safe location at the delivery address.
If you request Authority to Leave (ATL), you acknowledge that:
- Delivery will be deemed complete once the parcel has been left at the nominated location; and
- Magic Touch Cleaning Pty Ltd is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.
10. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking details will be provided once an order has been dispatched.
Tracking information is supplied by the relevant courier and may not update immediately after collection.
11. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
To assist with investigations, we may request:
- Your order number;
- Photos of damaged goods or packaging;
- Delivery details; and
- Any relevant correspondence from the courier.
Claims will be assessed in conjunction with the relevant courier’s investigation process.
12. Ownership and Risk
Ownership of goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address.
