Returns and Refunds Policy

Magic Touch Cleaning Pty Ltd is committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines your rights and obligations when purchasing products through our online store.

This policy operates in conjunction with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.


1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused;
  • The item remains unopened;
  • The item is in its original packaging;
  • The item is in the same condition as received;
  • Proof of purchase is provided; and
  • The return is approved by Magic Touch Cleaning Pty Ltd.

Returns requested outside the 14-day period may not be accepted.


2. Return Shipping Costs

For approved change of mind returns:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs;
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law;
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Any risk associated with returning goods remains with the customer until the goods are received by Magic Touch Cleaning Pty Ltd.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we may refuse returns where:

  • Products have been opened;
  • Products have been used;
  • Packaging has been damaged or altered;
  • Products have been mixed, diluted, or modified;
  • Products are not returned in their original condition.

Certain products may also be excluded from change of mind returns where permitted by law, including products that cannot be safely resold once opened.


4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are:

  • Damaged in transit;

  • Refund,

5. Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to certain guarantees regarding goods and services.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where a product:

  • Has a major failure;
  • Is not of acceptable quality;
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose;
  • Does not match its description; or
  • Does not meet consumer guarantees under applicable legislation.

If approved:

  • Refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase;
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider;
  • Shipping charges are generally not refundable for change of mind returns.

If an order has already been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the order may instead be treated as a return request under this policy.
